C&S has been great for orthodontia treatment for us. They've made my kids feel welcome and comfortable, and they try hard to recognize them with each visit, even if it's 6mos between. They are friendly and try to be "fun" with the kids - like letting them mix new flavor combos of the retainer impression goo, which goes a long way to distract the kids from the discomfort of having that goo in their mouth, as well as giving them a little control (and excitement) over the otherwise not-highly-anticipated process. We've had a few techs who seem rushed or not very happy to be there, and I also have felt like some appointments are rushed, which is why the 4 stars. But, the treatment has been good and I feel like they're very good at what they do.

Everyone was very kind, but I had to wait a really long time to go in. But I get that they had other people to attend too.
